I have been a player from the youth age all the way through and into college. I currently play for the Chicken Farm Team in competitive leagues around the Chattanooga area.

Key focus on player development and a competitive drive for continuous improvement. Instill a strong work ethic within the players. Maintain a high level of intensity and competitiveness within the players at all times. Teach the players to respect the game, their teammates, the referees and the opposing players. Focus on the team process and the performance more than the outcome of the game.
