Over 30 plays 8v8 on Sunday
Over 19 plays 7v7 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday nights (During Indoor)

Individual fee are $75 dollars per player. Teams will be formed with un-teamed individuals. For teams that are not registered and paid by August 21st, the fee is $85 dollars per player. Call or e-mail to set up appointment to make payment.

Over 30 Teams are co-ed, meaning there has to be a female on the pitch the whole game or your team plays a player short.

The East Ridge Soccer Association provides a year-round recreational co-ed soccer program for Adults in two divisions. The Over 30 League is for Men age 30 and older as well as Women 19 years and older. The Over 40 League is for Men age 40 and older as well as Women 25 years and older.

There are two outdoor seasons: Spring and Fall. There is one Indoor season – Winter (Starting late November). The Over 30 league plays on Sunday afternoons outdoor and Sunday evenings indoor. Currently the Over 40 league plays Saturday evening indoor season only.

Outdoor games are small sided (eight vs. eight). Indoor games are seven vs. seven.

Because these are recreational leagues, No Slide Tackling or Overly Aggressive Play is Allowed.
